• Become a guardian of product knowledge, mastering every detail about our offerings, brand, and the wider industry.

• Deliver precise and insightful information, ensuring each customer interaction leaves a lasting, positive impression.

• Apply your research skills to provide spot-on answers to customer queries and elevate their experience.

• Near-native fluency in Azerbaijani and advanced English skills will set you apart.

• A solid background in customer service or a related area.

• Fulltime role with working shifts between 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., Monday – Sunday
