Job description

What Are We Looking For

Multiplymii is in search of a Customer Service Representative for our client who is one of the leading energy broker management platforms that provide a key business solution to brokerages around the US. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and a proven track record in customer service. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills in both written and verbal.

This role is 100% work from home.

In This Role, You Will

  • Communicate effectively with customers through verbal and written channels.
  • Analyze and resolve customer issues using critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Accurately handle customer information, process orders, and document interactions.
  • Manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.
  • Utilize customer service tools and systems, including CRM tools such as FreshDesk, and other office tools like MS Office and GSuite.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach to all interactions and services provided.
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn independently by quickly acquiring knowledge and skills on the job, even in situations with limited training materials. Must be resourceful, proactive, and capable of leveraging available resources, team collaboration, and self-directed learning to become proficient in new tools, processes, and industry concepts.

About You

Core qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of customer service experience with a proven track record of resolving customer inquiries effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to assess customer needs, analyze problems, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to deliver clear, professional, and empathetic responses to customer concerns.
  • Attention to detail when handling sensitive customer information, processing orders, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively while managing multiple customer inquiries across various platforms.
  • Proficiency in customer service tools and systems, including MS Office and GSuite.
  • Experience with CRM tools, such as FreshDesk, is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the energy industry is a significant advantage and will enhance the ability to address industry-specific customer concerns.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn independently, adapt quickly, and leverage available resources to gain proficiency in new tools, processes, and industry concepts.
