An exciting role exists for a Regional Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team! Reporting directly to the Sales Lead, this position plays a crucial part in driving sales across the region. You will spearhead the growth of our agent network, market enterprise and corporate products, and promote the full range of Mukuru products. Your focus will be on creating impactful marketing collateral, boosting brand awareness, and increasing transaction volumes. You will also oversee retail sales operations, while driving success in individual, corporate, and enterprise sales, ensuring the growth and expansion of our business footprint. Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Oversee sales and growth targets for in-country products
Develop awareness of Mukuru brand and services
Investigating feasibility of potential new corridors
Carry out inspections of sales agent operating sites
Take responsibility for sales stock management and cost management
Generate weekly reports
Manage own professional and self-development
