Job description

Inclusively is partnering with a voice, video, and text communication service company to hire a Recruiting Coordinator (Contract). **Please note: this role is NOT an internal position with Inclusively but with the partner company.**

What You'll Be Doing

  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience through timely communication, scheduling (80-85% of the role), and facilitating on-site interviews. This includes handling on-sites, debriefs, technical screens, reschedules, answering candidate/HM questions, and managing urgent scheduling/candidate inquiries.
  • Maintaining the integrity of our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and logging all appropriate information into the system to help track candidate progress from initial contact to offer.
  • Working closely with the recruiting team and hiring managers to understand open roles and help properly move candidates through the process.
  • Takes ownership of tasks and projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Takes initiative to support the recruiting team by anticipating needs and addressing potential issues before they arise.


What you should have

  • 2+ years of experience scheduling for a recruiting team.
  • Thrives in a collaborative team environment and contributes positively to team dynamics.
  • Capable of handling unexpected changes, such as last-minute reschedules, and finding effective solutions quickly.
  • Familiarity with other recruitment and scheduling tools (e.g., Candidate.fyi, etc).
  • A commitment to and track record of delivering high-touch, world-class service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and openness to learning and incorporating new recruiting strategies, tactics, and processes.
  • Strong calendar management skills and attention to detail.
  • A sense of urgency in juggling multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable interfacing with partners, customers, and stakeholders.


Salary: $32/hr to $36/hr
