Argano’s Salesforce practice has completed hundreds of successful, multi-cloud projects across various Salesforce clouds including Sales, Revenue, Experience, Service, and Commerce. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager at Argano is a highly experienced professional responsible for overseeing complex multi-platform, and enterprise-level multi-cloud Salesforce engagements using Agile Scrum methodologies. They determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. This role combines advanced project management skills with expert knowledge of Scrum practices to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact projects. They play a pivotal role in shaping project strategy, optimizing processes, and achieving organizational goals. They are also responsible for the end-to-end project lifecycle, from project initiation to closure, and is accountable for achieving project objectives while adhering to quality standards and best practices. Senior Project Managers are also responsible for supporting project & program staffing decisions.
Responsibilities
Serve as a Senior Project Manager for multiple Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile and Scrum principles.
Provide strategic direction for one large or multiple complex projects, aligning them with organizational goals and priorities.
Develop and communicate a clear project vision to the team and stakeholders.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with Argano and client stakeholders, including executives, product owners, and development teams.
Manage project resources, including personnel, tools, and equipment.
Maintain and manage a Project Budget Tracker/Burn Sheet to ensure allocated budget is not exceeded and if needed, support the creation of Change Requests/Orders to secure additional project budgets.
Negotiate and document requested scope changes with customers and secure internal alignment on contract-related changes.
Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and risk management strategies.
Create and communicate the project's strategic direction and objectives to the project team.
Build, lead, and motivate cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities.
Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues or roadblocks promptly.
Maintain clear documentation of project activities, decisions, and outcomes.
Deliver presentations and reports to various stakeholders, including senior management, to provide project updates and insights.
Stay updated on industry trends, project management methodologies, and emerging technologies.
Support the creation and delivery of Steering Committee and/or QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) as well as road mapping sessions.
Identify organic account growth opportunities and support Argano Delivery and Sales Team leadership in account growth activities.
Education
MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and Pardot experience a plus.
Experience managing projects with offshore/nearshore/onshore resourcing combinations.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Project Manager. Deep understanding of Scrum principles, Agile practices and Hybrid Methodologies.
Extensive experience in managing large, complex projects with cross-functional teams.
Project management software knowledge such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, etc.
Proven track record of successful project deliveries and organizational impact.
Experience in optimizing resource utilization and cost-effectiveness.
Proven experience in fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Salesforce Certifications highly preferred.
Current agile project management, CSM, PMP, CSPO, PSM or PMI-ACP certifications strongly preferred.

Technical Project Management Skills: Comprehensive understanding of software development processes and relevant technologies. Ability to drive technical scoping decisions in conjunction with project/program Technical Lead.
Escalation Management: Manage proper internal communication to Argano leadership team and stakeholders, ensuring appropriate internal and external escalation processes are followed. Resolve escalations where possible while keeping Argano Delivery Leadership team informed.
