Job description

We are looking for 2 FTEs for Project Management Services to support the customer's initiatives: Customer Service Elevation, Net Promoter System Migration, and Customer Success Platform enhancements.

Projektbeschreibung

  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, resources, budgets, and risks.
  • Resource Management: Allocate personnel, technology, and budgets while ensuring the right skill sets are assigned.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders informed through reports, meetings, and status updates.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, KPIs, and budget adherence, providing regular updates.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet required standards and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Change Management: Manage scope changes, assess impacts, and align all stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Foster collaboration, lead project teams, and support professional development.
  • Methodology Implementation: Apply Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
  • Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct reviews to assess success and identify areas for improvement.

Service/Task Deliverables

  • Support the Project Lead in all tasks proactively.
  • Coordinate and structure the project in alignment with the Project Lead.
  • Prepare and facilitate internal meetings, management presentations, and workshops.
  • Support operational project delivery across all workstreams.
  • Provide tracking, reporting, and documentation for project transparency.
  • Act as SPOC for IT project management topics and provide administrative support.
  • Design and implement a change request process, tracking its realization.
  • Maintain and update project plans, action lists, risk lists, and milestones.
  • Prepare reports, coordinate communication, and document meetings.

  • Nice to have: Experience within the regulated chemical and pharmaceutical industry
  • Budget: Please note that no three-digit hourly rates can be realized in the course of this inquiry.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of IT project methodologies
  • Experience in global/international projects is mandatory
  • Excellent project management expertise (Minimum 3–5 years of project lead experience)
  • Mandatory: PMI PMP certification
  • Proficiency in IT office tools
  • Understanding of standard customer service processes in the chemical (manufacturing) industry (advantageous for CSE)
  • Mandatory: Professional fluency in English (oral & written); German is optional but beneficial
