Job Description
The Marketplace-E Specialist is responsible for negotiating and marketing MPE assets primarily through
a large volume of calls, including outbound and inbound sales calls. They will provide up to date
information to the customers about equipment in all RB channels and generate leads for RB solutions /
services. They are also responsible for entering all communications into the customer database.
Responsibilities
Primary/Major Accountabilities:
Responsible for 55-100 outbound and inbound calls per day.
Meet MPE sales goals for the quarter/year by negotiating with both buyer and TM/SAM/Seller.
Respond promptly to inbound customer contact regarding equipment and RB solutions. Identifies upselling/cross-selling opportunities from such contact.
Identifies prospective customers, and demonstrates sales ability including following established rules of engagement.
Effectively maintain personal book of business, pipeline, and customer database.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer’s satisfaction.
Generate new and repeat sales by providing excellent customer service and knowledge of company.
Educate customers about website functionality, features and benefits of company.
Generate leads for RB solutions and services.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Experience
Experience working for or dealing with OEM / Equipment / Rental companies
2-5 years of experience in tele-sales or sales. Construction industry preferred.
Detail-oriented, excellent verbal communication skills, and works well under pressure.
Quick learner, ability to multi-task and act with sense of urgency.
Must enjoy selling and negotiating.
Strong teamwork mentality.
Problem-solving/analytical skills.
Advanced Word and Excel skills.
Excellent Organizational skills.
High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
