Your Responsibilities:

βœ… Sales Leadership

  • Execute strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers across various educational institutions (Higher Education, Further Education, and Business Schools).
  • Manage and advance a robust sales pipeline, from prospecting to negotiations and closing.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the EMEA education sector.

βœ… Customer Engagement

  • Build trust and rapport with key institutional leaders ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with the product team to deliver tailored solutions that enhance client success.
  • Keep clients informed on new offerings and conduct regular check-ins to sustain strong partnerships.

βœ… Market Insight

  • Leverage your knowledge of the EMEA education landscape to inform our clients' strategy.
  • Provide feedback from the market to drive product development and improvements.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table:

βœ” A strong track record of 5+ years in sales, ideally in education technology or related sectors.

βœ” Deep understanding of the EMEA educational landscape with a focus on higher education.

βœ” Proven experience in managing large enterprise sales cycles and closing deals worth $100K+.

βœ” Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

βœ” A proactive, goal-oriented mindset combined with a passion for improving educational outcomes.

βœ” Knowledge of language diversity and experience across the EMEA region is a plus!
