Director of Corporate Sales and Business Partnerships

We are searching for a Director of Corporate Sales and Business Partnerships for our Two Men And A Truck brand to be responsible for the company’s overall National Sales Account strategy and execution. This leader will be responsible for identifying go-to market needs related to messaging, collaterals, and assets that allow our network to grow the number of national partnerships and grow the revenue mix tied to national accounts.


What you will do: 

  • Create strategic initiatives that will develop, maintain, and grow the number and size of national accounts with the purpose of increasing revenue and market share. 
  • Implement a 3-5 year National Accounts sales strategy specific to the network. 
  • Actively manage the National Accounts Partnership Program for our network of franchisees, ensuring agreed upon standards are maintained and ensuring the highest level of participation and service delivery by the network. 
  • Actively conduct research and analysis of industry trends, competitors, and customer demands to stay ahead of market shifts and identify new opportunities.
  • Work across brands within the ServiceMaster Brands portfolio to share and adopt best practices from other national account leaders and to identify cross selling opportunities at the national partnership level. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the relationships with targeted partners, vendors, and the franchisees in the National Accounts program.
  • Lead negotiations for major accounts, often involving complex terms and conditions (RFPs) to ensure franchise profitability while meeting customers’ requirements. 
  • Develop National Account plans and manage the pipeline of opportunities ensuring progress against forecasting. 
  • Collaborate with franchises to tailor solutions or services to the specific needs of national accounts, ensuring competitive differentiation.
  • Regularly provide Marketing with the list of tools and resources required to drive awareness and interest from potential national accounts.
  • Cross collaboration with other departments such as operations, customer care, recruiting and finance to ensure proper execution, service, staffing, and profitability for the franchises on national partnerships.  
  • Forecast, track, report and present on key account metrics including pipeline management, pricing actions, marketing activity, sales reporting, competitive activity, rebate programs, etc. across the whole team. 
  • Proactively addressing issues, conflicts, or concerns raised by national accounts to maintain strong relationships.
  • Continuously assessing and improving internal national sales processes, systems, and tools to enhance productivity and satisfaction with our partners and franchises
  • Day to Day leadership and management of national sales team delivering on set KPIs such as revenue, margin, growth and other targets. Present at regional events, conferences and other events. 


What you will bring:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience selling on national accounts or business development initiatives  
  • Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience 
  • Experience creating, articulating and driving strategic actions which deliver measurable sales results 
  • Ability to influence change, both internally and externally, to drive material outcomes 
  • Excellent communication skills and can work with resellers, distributors, and decision makers 
  • Travel is required up to 25% of the time
