Job description

Our products are available globally, with our primary customers being specialty, big-box, and internet retailers. We also sell directly to consumers, builders, plumbers, and installation service providers through our network of thousands of independent authorized dealers.

Jacuzzi Group is seeking an experienced and passionate National Dealer Trainer and production management advisor to act as a key liaison between our business and dealer network. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a passion for teaching and training, who thrives in an interactive environment and has the ability to cultivate strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership Training: Develop and deliver training programs tailored to dealer owners, managers, and leadership teams to enhance their production management, installation strategies, and product expertise.
  • Operational Support: Train dealer leadership on best practices for inventory management, operational efficiency, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
  • Dealer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Strategic Alignment: Partner with internal teams to align training programs with broader organizational goals and business objectives, ensuring dealer performance drives success.
  • Webinars & Events: Create and host monthly webinars to keep the dealer network aligned and motivated.
  • Travel & On-site Training: Travel up to 75% of the time to visit dealer locations across the country, providing on-site training, workshops, and support as needed.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of training programs, identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to internal teams.
  • Dealer Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from dealer leadership to continuously improve training content, products, and services based on their needs and challenges.

Requirements

Qualifications:

    • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Leadership Training within a customer-facing or product-based business environment.  Bath & Shower remodeling industry preferred. 
    • Leadership Skills: Ability to train leadership teams, with a focus on production management (e.g., ordering products through our Customer Service Team, tracking orders, missing orders, product flow, how to store and install product).
    • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the bath and shower industry with acrylic installation, carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing and plumbing preferred.
    • Communication Skills: Persuasive and influential verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations, training sessions, and webinars.
    • Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel up to 75% of the time to support dealer locations nationwide.
    • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with training tools (e.g., PowerPoint, video creation, webinars).
    • Team Player: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Attention to Detail – The ability to focus on the small but important aspects of tasks, ensuring accuracy and quality in work.
    • Reliability and Dependability – The ability to consistently meet deadlines, follow through on tasks, and demonstrate responsibility in completing work.

Compensation is based on experience; $100,000 and quarterly bonus potential
