Your missions

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Trainer Intern to join our Training and Development team. In this role, you will gain invaluable experience in the field of training and development by supporting our team in designing, developing, delivering, and facilitating training programs. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to the overall success of our training initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research on training topics and industry trends.
  • Assist in developing engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online learning modules.
  • Support trainers in preparing for and conducting training sessions.
  • Participate in the design and development of customized training programs for clients.
  • Assist in the creation of training evaluation tools and analyzing training effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the development of training-related content for social media and marketing materials.
  • Provide administrative support for training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and participant management.
  • Stay updated on the latest training methodologies and best practices.
  • Deliver training sessions to internal employees as required.


Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in training and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
