RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist in the preparation of trial balances and financial statements.
· Execute and manage spreadsheets and accounting reports, performing expense classification and trial balances.
· Process accounts receivable and accounts payable write-offs in the tax module of the Domínio system, according to supporting documents provided by clients.
· Record, classify, reclassify, provision, and reverse accounting entries in the balance sheet areas assigned by the Senior/Supervisor.
· Analyze asset accounts.
· Process receipt write-offs.
· Review bank transactions.
· Organize documentation related to the company's accounting.
· Prepare documents and perform their accounting classification.
· Generate accounting entries.
· Assist in tax calculations.
· Reconcile accounts and complete tax payment forms and requests with government agencies.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST HAVE:
· Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview);
· Previous experience as an Accounting Assistant for any period or equivalent knowledge;
· Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Accounting;
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
NICE TO HAVE:
· Experience with the Dominio system;
· Experience with Accounting BPO.
