About this role
This role serves as a key opportunity for you to grasp the fundamental and foundational processes essential for delivering exceptional service to clients. Senior managers will provide comprehensive training, establishing the crucial groundwork for your subsequent growth within Wenodo.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Complete day-to-day activities within the specified deadline and update ClickUp.
- Deliver weekly reports within deadlines.
- Ensure accuracy in accounts receivables, revenue, and vouchers reconciliation, providing feedback to Level I for improvement.
- Deliverables should be sent to the client in the first session on the delivery date.
- Report any delays in reporting to seniors well in advance.
- Report challenges faced in completing tasks within the timeline.
- Share ideas to improve productivity by addressing challenges and implementing new ideas.
- Follow daily/weekly timelines for smooth client operations.
- Ensure Level I knows draft clearing by transferring knowledge and providing feedback on AE.
- Respond to emails promptly (Freshdesk, Emails, or client emails).
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as required.
Goals:
- Understand other accounting areas, such as preparing management accounts, reviewing expenses, accruals, prepayments, etc.
- Gain understanding of the Profit and Loss and balance sheet, and clarify why schedules are prepared and how to resolve issues.
Requirements
- Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures.
- Strong math skills and the ability to identify numerical errors.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero).
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
- Organizational and prioritization skills to meet daily and monthly accountabilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
