As the Manager of Revenue Operations, you will provide day-to-day operational support to the VP of Revenue Operations while ensuring the seamless execution of key programs, including the Deal Desk, Retention Machine, and Spiff/rebate management.
What you’ll do:
Administer the Deal Desk and Retention Machine, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and alignment with revenue goals.
Serve as a key support partner to the VP of Revenue Operations in executing tactical initiatives and addressing operational challenges.
Oversee the execution of spiff and rebate programs, including tracking, calculating payouts, and ensuring adherence to program guidelines.
Act as the primary point of contact for sales support, resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring teams have the necessary resources for success.
Coordinate with sales leadership to streamline processes related to pipeline health, lead distribution, and deal execution.
Facilitate the onboarding and training of sales teams on tools, workflows, and best practices.
Work closely with the Revenue Business Intelligence team to ensure operational alignment with data-driven strategies and initiatives.
Provide operational context and feedback to support data analysis and reporting processes.
Collaborate with the HubSpot administrator to ensure CRM functionality aligns with team needs.
Manage and optimize additional revenue tech stack tools to enhance efficiency and improve user experience.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement enhancements to support revenue operations.
Who you are:
3 to 5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar field.
Hands-on experience managing spiff/rebate programs, operational systems, and marketing material distribution.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and marketing automation tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and business intelligence teams.
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to troubleshoot operational issues.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary: Earn a competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000.
