Responsibilities:

Onboarding new partners: publication on the Ajax website and updating the WTB section, sharing marketing materials and platform, managing point-of-sale welcome kit;

Build and maintain relationships with partners: understand their needs, and provide solutions to meet their requirements;

Respond to inbound marketing inquiries and handle customer service requests through CRM and via e-mail;

Collection of information and photographic/video materials for the development of local case studies;

Support in publishing content in the Whatsapp channel dedicated to Italian partners;

Contribute to the development and updating of marketing materials;

Support in organizing Ajax's online webinars and offline institutional events and in collaboration with Italian partners: communication and promotion, preparation of flyers and posters, provision of merchandising materials and catalogs, hotel research and booking, coordination of presentations).

Management MS Office suite and Jira task;

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any issues that arise;

Provide regular updates to the management on performance and progress

Requirements:

Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Italian)

Knowledge in multichannel marketing

Experience in event management

Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships

Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment

Personal qualities:

Analytical thinking
