The Director of Marketing will lead the strategic marketing efforts to drive revenue growth, increase brand awareness, and attract top talent for both our clients and internal teams. This role requires a dynamic leader with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, build and nurture a high-performing team, and ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and overall business objectives. You will be responsible for driving demand generation, building Booth and Partners’ employer brand, and enhancing communications efforts across multiple channels
Main Tasks:
Strategic Marketing Leadership: Execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy to support Booth and Partners’ business goals, with a focus on client acquisition, talent acquisition, and enhancing brand awareness. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team across key areas, including demand generation, branding, PR, communications, and employer branding, ensuring seamless alignment and collaboration across all marketing functions to drive success.
Performance Marketing: Oversee and lead performance marketing and demand generation strategies across multi-channel campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, content, and email marketing, to drive high-quality leads for client acquisition and talent recruitment. Manage and mentor teams to optimize paid media efforts and ensure alignment with business goals. Leverage analytics platforms to guide data-driven decision-making, track performance metrics, and report on campaign effectiveness to key stakeholders.
Brand and Employer Branding Development: Lead the alignment of Booth and Partners’ brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and creative execution across all channels. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to create engaging employer branding initiatives that attract top-tier talent and authentically communicate the company’s core values and CSR commitments.
10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles
Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, content, PR, and performance marketing) with a track record of driving revenue growth and client acquisition.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
Expertise in demand generation, employer branding, and scaling marketing functions to meet growth goals.
Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho), and performance analytics tools (Looker, GA4, etc.).
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
A strategic thinker who is also hands-on, with a bias toward action and results.
