  • Part-time (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST, with occasional Saturday messaging)

Job Description

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & E-commerce Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role combines creative content management, e-commerce operations, and administrative coordination to drive our brand’s growth across multiple digital platforms. You’ll have the opportunity to shape our social media presence while ensuring smooth operations of our online store and various sales channels. Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

    • Schedule and coordinate cross-platform content distribution
    • Engage with community through comments and direct messages
    • Conduct strategic audience outreach to expand brand reach
    • Edit and enhance video content with text overlays and filters
    • Monitor and report on key performance metrics
    • Research and implement emerging content trends
  • Oversee E-commerce Operations

    • Maintain product listings across multiple sales channels
    • Update product descriptions and imagery as needed
    • Monitor and optimize TikTok Shop and Facebook Shop performance
    • Handle customer service inquiries professionally
    • Track and report sales metrics through dashboard maintenance
  • Administrative Support

    • Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers
    • Manage product and packaging inventory
    • Research and track sponsorship opportunities
    • Assist with calendar management and travel arrangements
    • Prepare regular status reports


Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation
  • Strong proficiency with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify
  • Basic video editing skills for short-form content
  • Strong creative and design sensibilities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to understand and maintain brand voice
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication
  • Professional demeanor for vendor and customer interactions
