  • Orchestrate the scheduling and coordination of subcontractors, keeping property maintenance and improvements on track
  • Dive into construction project management, from ordering materials to coordinating with various stakeholders
  • Take charge of email management and calendar scheduling, becoming the gatekeeper of executive productivity
  • Conduct in-depth research and craft compelling reports on property-related matters, contributing to strategic decision-making
  • Maintain a meticulously organized system for important documents and records, ensuring easy access and compliance

Requirements
  • Proven track record in property management or real estate administration, with a keen understanding of the commercial real estate landscape
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of crafting professional correspondence and engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management software
  • Master multitasker with a talent for prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and take initiative on projects
  • Sharp problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and embrace new challenges with enthusiasm
