Job description

This is a remote position.

The Client seeking a skilled SQL Developer with Python expertise to design, develop, and maintain robust database solutions and backend scripts. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SQL development, query optimization, and database management, combined with Python scripting for automation, data processing, and analytics.

Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and indexing techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with RDBMS such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
  • Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data processing.
  • Experience with Pandas, NumPy, or other data processing libraries in Python.
  • Knowledge of ETL pipelines and data integration techniques.
  • Familiarity with database performance tuning and optimization.
  • Experience with cloud-based databases (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
  • Exposure to NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis) is an advantage.
  • Understanding of data security, governance, and compliance best practices.
