The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect will work as part of a small but very high performing CRM/Customer Experience team and will be required to contribute to the development, execution and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for a number of internal customers. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect will work within the Customer Experience Applications Group in Corporate IT and report directly to the Manager of CRM. This position will require excellent proven communication and project management skills. Responsibilities:
The Solution Architect will play a critical role in designing and implementing robust solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. Your expertise will drive successful project delivery, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the growth of our organization.
• Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, CRM Solution Architects, business analysts, and development teams to understand business requirements, document them and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions.
• Design end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, including modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Omnichannel, (Contact Center) Omnichannel Voice, Marketing, Partner Portals and more.
• Leverage and utilize Power Platform, Power App and Power Automate for integrations and customizations
• Create technical architecture diagrams, system integrations, and data models.
• Implement Dynamics 365 Systems and ensure that they are deployed smoothly.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements or migrations to Dynamics 365.
• Lead solution design sessions, requirements meetings, workshops, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Define and share best practices, standards, and guidelines for Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Provide guidance on security, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment with architectural principles.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and IT operations on preparing networks for voice, chat, storage, etc.
• Handle support tickets within predefined Service Levels
• Provide excellent customer service and support to our business units
• Present to teams and stakeholders on roadmaps and CRM strategy
• Ability to communicate technical and business concepts to all levels from specialists to executive management
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Dynamics 365 updates.
• Translate technical information into easy-to-understand business concepts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert certification plus 2 years experience or 3-5 years related experience.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions, with an emphasis on Customer Service and Omnichannel.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules, customization, and configuration.
• Proficiency in Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Familiarity with Azure services and cloud architecture.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
• Microsoft Dynamics Certifications a plus
• Travel 10-20%

Total Rewards
The compensation range for this position is $97,400.00 - $146,000.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
