Keller Executive Search is a leading executive search firm specializing in placing top-tier talent across industries. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Remote Computer Information Systems (CIS) Manager to oversee our IT infrastructure, ensure cybersecurity, and optimize technology systems to support our team’s efficiency and security.
Position Overview
The Remote Computer Information Systems Manager will be responsible for managing the firm’s technology stack, maintaining IT security, overseeing software integrations, and ensuring the seamless operation of business systems. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented IT professional with experience in managing remote technology environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the firm’s IT infrastructure, including cloud-based systems, cybersecurity protocols, and software applications.
- Implement and maintain security policies to protect company data and prevent cyber threats.
- Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support to remote employees.
- Manage and integrate business software (CRM, project management tools, applicant tracking systems, etc.).
- Develop IT policies, procedures, and best practices for system management, security, and compliance.
- Oversee network administration, system updates, and software license management.
- Work closely with leadership to assess technology needs and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and security.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry best practices.
- Manage relationships with third-party IT vendors and service providers.
- Support technology onboarding and training for new employees.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT management, system administration, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (Master’s degree or certifications such as CISSP, ITIL, or PMP preferred).
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity protocols, cloud-based solutions, and enterprise software.
- Experience managing IT operations in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in network security, data management, and IT compliance.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and collaboration tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and technical support skills.
- Ability to stay up to date with emerging technology trends and security threats.
