Location: Warsaw (hybrid type of work: up to 10 days remotely per month)

Nespresso worldwide since its launch has enjoyed growth year on year. Our ambitions for coming years are sky high. Currently we are looking for B2C Marketing Coordinator.

 

 

Key responsibilities on the position:

  • E2E campaign management: liase with B2C Product Manager to set-up and execute B2C activations for own channels to drive traffic& deliver channel activation plan
  • Lead WAAM meetings, deliver promo analysis & recommendation in cooperation with CRM & channel managers                                        
  • Provide evaluation reports of consumer experience campaigns and marketing activities (channel related performance)
  • Together with CRM team and Brand Comm Specialist prepare and communicate the activation plan across the channels and finalize it
  • Analyze the competitors (both coffee and coffee machines) and adjust the activation plan based on the trends
  • Coordinate and Implement the b2c product portfolio (based on IAP and OP): coordinate changes in the portfolio of coffee, machines, accessories and services in  alignment with the channels and Demand & Supply (new launches support,  product information verification, new products set-up

 


To succeed in the role the following experience and competencies will be essential:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in brand campaign management, direct Marketing/ Lifecycle Marketing
  • University degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Econometrics/Quantitative Marketing or related field (preferred)
  • Customer-centric approach and ability to understand and respond to consumers behaviour
  • Practical knowledge of direct marketing metrics, segmentation, response measurements
  • Experience with campaign management tools
  • Experience in cooperation with global shared services teams
  • Knowledge of SPSS/SAS or similar statistics package, and SAP BusinessObjects / SQL or other data query tool (nice to have)
  • Analytical experience using software tools in a business oriented environment (Power BI)
  • Experience with data preparation, analysis, and visualization
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to understand team goals and to take responsibility for own actions and consequences
