Are you a skilled sales professional with a passion for digital marketing and a strong experience in the Cyprus market?

This Sales Manager role offers you the chance to lead growth initiatives for a fast-expanding MarTech company that is transforming digital advertising through advanced solutions in Google Marketing Platform and TikTok. In this position, you'll work with top brands in Cyprus across fintech, gaming, and health, helping them achieve new heights through powerful, data-driven advertising strategies.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the digital marketing or fintech space. Familiarity with the Cypriot business landscape is a must.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English is essential; Russian language skills are a plus.
  • Experience with advertising solutions like Google Marketing Platform and TikTok ads is a must.
  • track record in closing deals and building lasting client relationships.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Assess client needs, recommend tailored advertising strategies, and maintain attention to detail in every step.
  • Work effectively within a remote, multicultural team, balancing autonomy with collaboration.

Responsibilities:
