Job Summary:
The Autonomous Business Development Manager will focus on cultivating and expanding relationships with key enterprise accounts and local regions driving the adoption of cutting-edge autonomous solutions. This role is responsible for developing long-term partnerships, aligning our products with customer goals, and ensuring a seamless integration of our autonomous cleaning solutions into their operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep experience in account management, a passion for innovation, and a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and autonomous growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management and Growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts and regions, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and execute account plans to deepen relationships, drive customer retention, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Align with customer stakeholders to integrate autonomous cleaning solutions into their operational strategies.
Strategic Sales and Market Development
- Collaborate with senior leadership at customer organizations to understand their goals and position our solutions as integral to their success.
- Lead negotiations for large-scale contracts and agreements, ensuring mutual value.
- Identify and pursue opportunities within assigned accounts to expand adoption of autonomous solutions across multiple locations and regions.
Customer Success and Advocacy
- Partner with deployment teams to deliver seamless implementation and post-deployment support for enterprise customers.
- Proactively address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Develop customer champions by demonstrating the tangible value of our solutions, driving advocacy within their organizations.
Market Insights and Strategy
- Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity within the autonomous enterprise space.
- Provide actionable feedback to internal teams, including product management and R&D, to enhance our offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and materials for strategic accounts.
Reporting and Analytics
- Maintain accurate records of account activities, pipeline updates, and forecasts in SalesForce.
- Track and analyze account performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Present quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to key accounts, highlighting achievements and future plans.
Key Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or business development, ideally within technology, robotics, or B2B solutions.
Skills and Competencies:
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow large enterprise accounts.
- Strong understanding of autonomous technology, robotics, or IoT solutions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven success in developing strategic plans and executing against them.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
