As a Student Specialist, you will be a key part of our industry-leading Beauty Operations team at Shoppers Drug Mart/Pharmaprix. This role provides hands-on experience in supporting various aspects of our Beauty Programs, including:
- Drafting job aids and communications
- Conducting research and providing technical support
- Preparing presentations and supporting project implementations
- Performing administrative tasks and coordinating stakeholder communications
This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual eager to learn about beauty retail, merchandising, marketing, technology, and category management in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
You will work within a Beauty dedicated team, collaborating across departments and gaining exposure to multiple aspects of Beauty at Shoppers Drug Mart.
What You’ll Learn & Contribute To:
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Coordination Support
- Organize files, documents, and internal correspondence
- Schedule meetings, take minutes, and track action items
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communications
- Update spreadsheets, process invoices, and support office management
- Assist with research, event planning, and logistics
Project & Process Management
- Manage and implement various processes and technologies
- Coordinate between departments and stakeholders to drive initiatives
- Assist in resolving store and vendor inquiries professionally and efficiently
Communication & Analysis
- Support internal and external communications for beauty programs
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights
- Provide feedback and recommendations based on research and operational results
