Role Overview:

We are actively seeking a motivated Sales Engineer Manager to drive business development and nurture client relationships in various industrial markets. This role will focus primarily on selling high-purity fluid management parts and components, with a strong emphasis on pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients across Europe.
  • Primarily a hunter sales role, with opportunities for account management (farming).
  • Provide clients with product information and recommendations that meet their high-purity fluid management needs.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in selling high-purity fluid management components to industrial markets.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hunter sales experience.
  • Proficiency in English (C1) and Dutch (C2).
  • Willingness to travel approximately 70% of the time to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
