Job description

You will support the growth of and build future sustainable demand for nVent LENTON concrete reinforcement products in France, Spain, Greece, Portugal, and Africa. This a remote/home office position and involves approx. 70% traveling time. A clean record driver licence is required.

The main goal will be to promote nVent LENTON products to rebar fabricators, engineers, end-users, inspectors, contractors, and job sites, thereby affecting a sustainable market channel by specifying and demonstrating products from the LENTON product line.

Work closely with nVent LENTON Regional Sales Managers to enhance sales and promote market expansion. Develop sales strategies and tactical plans to achieve individual sales targets. Optimally use the nVent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system daily to follow sale through to completion.

You have/are:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering highly preferred)

  • Ideally 3+ years experience in sales or engineering, as well as Construction and/or concrete industry experience. Knowledge of local building codes as well as an understanding Reinforced Concrete Construction or Precast market preferred.

  • Experience with a customer relationship management system, preferably Salesforce.com.  

  • A skilled communicator and negotiator at both, technical and leadership, levels!

  • Proved prioritization skills & great abilities to develop and deliver presentations.

  • A good teammate, who also has a strong ability to work independently and be self-directed!

  • Advanced language skills in Spanish, and English, French language skills are a strong advantage
