We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Director to join our Client Services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product communications and a proven track record in account management. This role requires a self-starter with excellent attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Develop and execute strategic communication plans for product launches and ongoing campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Keep a pulse on industry, client, therapeutic area, and competitor news to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Oversee the development of communication materials, ensuring they are ready for proofing and meet high-quality standards.
Utilize VEEVA for managing client data and project workflows.
Drive projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Plan and execute large celebrity campaigns, leveraging celebrity endorsements to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in product communications and account management.
Proficiency in monitoring tools and VEEVA.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
The anticipated salary range for this position will be $110,000-$140,000. Salary is based on job-related factors such as: years of relevant experience, qualifications and/or certifications. Spectrum reserves the right to modify this pay range at any given time.
