🧑💻 About the role
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in supporting our sales team's efficiency and helping us acquire more long-term successful and happy customers. You’ll do that by managing customer information, preparing contracts, conducting discovery calls for smaller deals, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth operations. If sales are your passion and you want to become a top SaaS sales professional, we might just be the perfect match.
Here are some of the things you will be working on…
👉 Your job duties & responsibilities
- Generate prospecting lists of target accounts and decision-makers.
- Getting in touch with prospects, understanding their needs, determining if they would be a good fit, and passing the qualified prospects along to the sales team.
- Manage existing customer databases and update CRM records.
- Prepare contracts and other documentation for customers.
- Conduct discovery calls for smaller inbound leads to qualify them.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Assist with preparing sales reports and presentations.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
👌 Your qualifications & personality
- Previous experience in (SaaS) Sales is a plus.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in using CRM software is a plus.
- Skilled in using MS Office, G Suite, and other similar software.
- Professional-level proficiency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Reliability and a strong attention to detail.
- Proactive and problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated to reach sales targets and KPI.
- Motivate to grow as a SaaS sales professional.
