What We’re Looking For:

Detail-Oriented and Proactive: You can handle customer inquiries, offer solutions, and ensure accurate, thoughtful assistance.
Customer-Centric: You are passionate about guiding customers through their purchasing journey, ensuring a positive experience.
Technical Documentation: Able to use internal product documentation to support customers with technical questions.
English Proficiency: Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) to support U.S.-based clients effectively.
