The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

This is a Utah-based, remote position, with a hybrid option available based on the candidate’s preference. This is a part-time position. Must be available to work 10-29 hours per week between M-F, 9 AM to 5 PM (based on business needs).

What You’ll Do:

  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage contracts, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and customer agreements.
  • Legal Research & Compliance: Conduct legal research on relevant regulations, industry best practices, and company policies to ensure compliance.
  • Corporate Governance: Assist with entity management, board resolutions, meeting minutes, and filings.
  • Regulatory Support: Help monitor and maintain compliance with relevant laws, including data privacy regulations and employment laws.
  • Document Preparation & Review: Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, correspondence, and policies.
  • Litigation & Risk Support: Help track legal disputes, subpoenas, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain legal records, track key contract dates, and organize documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education & Experience: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field (or a Paralegal Certificate).
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in corporate, contract, or compliance work.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with corporate governance, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and contract management tools
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to review and analyze legal documents with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external partners.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify legal risks and propose practical solutions.
  • Independence & Collaboration: Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

We know many women do not apply for a job if they don't perfectly fit the description. We want you to apply anyway.
