THE POSITION  

As a contracted Operations Specialist, you are expected to execute the following in an effective manner and conducive with our contractor code of conduct and within your contracted hours.

WHAT YOU DO  

  • Claim chargeback Issues within 24 hours to begin the dispute resolution process  

  • Review the reason for the dispute and all the details of the order including, but not  

  • limited to, emails, text messages, phone calls and payment confirmation documentation  

  • Create and send necessary email to MSP notifying them of the dispute and request documentation of proof of servicE 

  • Submit an explanation letter and relevant documentation to dispute the chargeback  

  • Respond to MSPs with any specific questions they may have regarding the chargeback  

  • Submit any necessary write-off’s to accounting for lost chargebacks  

  • Complete and send the end-of-month report by the end of the 1st week of each month  

  • Additional Activities As Needed:  

  • Monitoring and report on various MSP (Moving Service Provider) quality metrics  

  • Payment Completion/Work Ticket Checks/Confirmation of hours when MSP calls in  

  • Process paperwork, such as worktickets/invoices  

  • Process fee adjustments, such as pricing inconsistencies, per mileage, missing heavy items fees 

  • Withholding of payments

  • Address MSP payment concerns

  • Collecting back from MSPs

  • Request vacation mode setting

  • Cancellation Flags

  • Elite Auditing, Q score auditing and auditing of other MSP that will arise as we expand tooling options in hahadmin

  • Provider Overpayments

  • MSP no shows discussions and coachings

WHAT YOU BRING: 

  • 1 year of experience in support experience  

  • Experience working with MSPs (Moving Service Providers) and internal team members  

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills  

  • A strong ability to adapt to the ever-changing processes and procedures  

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and daily workflow structures accordingly  

  • Positive attitude with a committed and resourceful work ethic  

  • Support organization’s overall vision, mission, values, strategic and financial goals  

  • Display flexibility by supporting all groups within PMG  

  • Ability to work contracted hours during business hours and as required by business needs  

  • Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, and GSuite, with the  

  • ability to learn new software solutions 

  • Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.
