Job description

As a US Payroll Processing Expert at KAMI Workforce, you will be responsible for accurately processing payroll for our US-based clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time while adhering to relevant laws and regulations. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Calculate and apply payroll deductions, benefits, and taxes.
  • Review and verify timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to clients and relevant authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with tax withholding and reporting requirements.
  • Assist clients with payroll inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain and update payroll software and systems.
  • Participate in year-end payroll reporting activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing for US clients.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in payroll software; experience with ADP is Highly Preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
