Summary
The Regional Marketing Specialist – Southern Europe is responsible for driving Prosci's marketing efforts across France, Belgium, Spain, and Italy, with a primary focus on France and Belgium. This role contributes to the growth and expansion of our business by collaborating closely with colleagues in the Prosci Europe and global marketing teams to develop and execute tailored marketing strategies and campaigns for this region.
Scope & Responsibilities
Drive demand generation for Prosci in the allocated market, contributing to our ambitious growth journey in
this market
• Work closely with the sales team to understand their targets and support them with marketing activities
• Work with the Director, Regional Marketing & Strategy to define Marketing KPIs for the region based on sales
and business objectives
• Work with Marketing Operations to gather and analyse data to determine success and adapt strategy as
required
Define marketing plan for your market, budget allocation and strategy
• Work with Director, Reginal Marketing & Strategy and Functional Marketing team (Digital, Content,
Operations, etc.) to define strategy and plan for the region and allocate budget accordingly
• Recommend strategies, channels, and tactics for the region
• Evaluate productivity and ROI (return on investment) of marketing strategies
Marketing campaign strategy and execution
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including tactics, such as email marketing, social media, events, and
webinars.
• Leverage corporate and Europe-wide marketing content and localise it as needed to better serve the market.
• Work with digital marketing to run SEA, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and LinkedIn ads
Gather market insights on the market
• Identify market trends and customer needs
• Gather information on competitor landscape in the market
• Feed information to Market Intelligence executive, who will compile and package it

commitments aligned with Prosci Europe business goals.
• Attention to detail – An eye for detail is essential for proofreading, copywriting, and visual/ branding aspects
of the role.
Technical/Functional Skills
• French language skills (native or bilingual proficiency).
• Excellent writing/editing skills.
• Professional standard of written and spoken English
• Knowledge of digital marketing and events best practices
• Well-versed in marketing automation and CRM tools and software
• Able to analyse marketing KPIs
• Marketing budgeting and planning skills
Qualifications
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a marketeer.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, communication, or a related field
Additional Preferences
• An additional European languages (Spanish, Italian) would be beneficial but not essential
• Experience within a B2B setting is a plus.

Work Location: Fully Remote. For this role, candidates must be based in the France, ideally nearby Paris.
Compensation: Will vary based on candidate experience, qualifications and location. Currently includes participation in a discretionary annual bonus scheme, access to LinkedIn Learning and multiple employee-led interest and resource groups.
