Overview:
The Analyst Relations Specialist is responsible for managing RFIs and review sites, such as Gartner Peer Insights, G2, and Capterra. This person works across Marketing and other departments to help manage the Origami brand and other information with external vendors, as well as contribute to the development and execution of marketing programs.
Starting base pay for this role is between $64,800 - $81,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, training, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will be eligible for a bonus as well as competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits, wellness reimbursement, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. We offer vacation and sick leave benefits (under a flexible time off policy in most states).
Responsibilities:
Project Management
• Manages the RFI process, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and data for RFI submissions.
• Tracks and reports on the progress of multiple projects, tasks, deadlines, and resources, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Review Site Management
• Monitors and manages company profiles on review sites such as Gartner Peer Insights, G2, and Capterra.
• Responds to reviews and engage with users to address their feedback and concerns.
• Coordinates with internal teams to gather and upload necessary content, including case studies, customer testimonials, and product updates.
• Prepares regular reports on review site performance, including key metrics and actionable insights.
Analyst Relations Activities
• Prepares briefing materials, presentations, and other supporting documents for analyst interactions.
• Assists in maintaining positive relationships with analysts and review site contacts.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, project management, or a related role.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with review sites (e.g., Gartner Peer Insights, G2, Capterra) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Analyst Relations tools and platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
