Location: Remote (Available during Asia hours - 9AM-5PM Vietnam Time)
Weekly Commitment: 15-20 hours/week

Creatorshop is a TikTok content creation training community, helping individuals create engaging content and connect with brands for paid opportunities.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Operations Specialist to join our team immediately.

This role will focus on designing marketing funnels and automating processes, integrating new tools, setting up payment systems, and supporting our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Automation & Workflow Setup:
- Set up and optimize automated processes for content creators and brand partnerships.
- Integrate new tech tools to streamline team operations.
Technical System Setup:
- Implement payment processing systems and ensure smooth transactions for content creators.
- Set up SMS campaigns and email systems, ensuring effective communication strategies.
Funnel Design & Integration:
- Design and implement marketing funnels to drive engagement and conversions.
- Integrate funnels with other tools (CRM, email, SMS, etc.) to create a seamless experience.
Data & Reporting:
- Pull together reports on user engagement, campaign performance, and other key metrics.
- Segment email lists and create targeted campaigns based on past buyer behavior.
- Maintain a clean and updated list of past buyers.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, finance, and other teams to align technical strategies with company goals.

Success Metrics:

Efficiency of Processes:
- Measure the reduction in time and resources required for daily operations after automating workflows.
Funnel Conversion Rates:
- Track and report on funnel performance, including lead generation and conversions.
Data Accuracy & Timeliness:
- Accuracy of reports and segmentation, ensuring timely and actionable insights.
Tool Integration Success:
- Successful setup and integration of new tools, with minimal downtime or issues.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Seamless communication with the broader team and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience working with GoHighLevel
Proven experience in designing marketing funnels to drive engagement and conversions.
Proven experience in setting up and optimizing automation tools and workflows.
Experience with email marketing, SMS campaigns, and funnel design.
Strong understanding of payment processing systems.
Familiarity with integrating various software tools and CRMs.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Availability to work during Asia hours (9AM-5PM Vietnam Time)
