Job description

Arbour Group (a Cencora PharmaLex company) is looking for a full-time CARE Analyst to join our client's team. As a CARE (Comprehensive Asset Review of Elevators) Analyst, this position will work closely with Sales Executives to manage and create CARE documents aligned with client agreements related to VDA and maintenance contracts in the elevator maintenance sector. This role involves overseeing CARE processes, ensuring contractor compliance, managing client communications, and addressing billing and service inquiries.

Main Tasks:

  • Collaborate with Sales Executives to implement CARE documents in accordance with client agreements.
  • Manage CARE data for both new and existing clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, elevator contractors, and Sales Executives regarding CARE processes.
  • Ensure compliance with VDA requests through frequent follow-up with elevator contractors.
  • Attend CARE-related meetings as required.
  • Manage billing for CARE projects, accommodating client preferences regarding billing frequency and processes.
  • Address client questions, concerns, and complaints throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serve as a liaison between VDA, clients, and their vendors.
  • Maintain frequent contact with Director of Product Line Services, platform developers, sales executives, account managers, clients, and maintenance companies.
  • Communication will occur via email, phone, virtual meetings, and occasionally in person meetings on a case-by-case basis. Minimal travel may be required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a related role with substantial knowledge of elevator terminology and processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical thinking with problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Experience working with third-party work order systems
  • Previous work experience in the elevator industry or account management industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with maintenance contracts, elevator maintenance, and repair invoicing and proposals.
