We are seeking a Product Manager to join the Web.com Product Team.

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark. 

• Partner with Product leadership to craft strategy for our Web.com website builder products, setting the course for your team's product roadmap
• Connect frequently with customers to understand their needs and pain points in using our products 
• Partner closely with your design and engineering counterparts in ensuring we’re building the right things, with the right experience, in a scalable and reliable way 
• Work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and customer service to help our customers and prospects understand the value of what we’re building 
• Build something truly great that will immediately be used by tens of thousands of customers 

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed. 

• Have 2-3+ years of experience owning the product roadmap for a large and critical product space 
• Enjoy working closely with customers to understand their product needs and pain points 
• Seek and use data effectively to justify their perspectives and decision making 
• Default to action, and get things done to deliver value to your customer 
• Communicate effectively across different audiences and levels – from technical partners to executive leadership
• Collaborate transparently but decisively across their partner teams 
• Display a strong product sense when it comes to customer experience and usability

The target compensation range for this position is $125,000 to $150,000/annually. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience, as well as internal equity and market conditions.
