Staff Product Manager- BloodHound Enterprise

SpecterOps is searching for an experienced Product Manager focused on BloodHound Enterprise. BloodHound Enterprise (httpsEnter://specterops.io/bloodhound-overview/) is a defensive Attack Path Management solution for Active Directory and Entra/Azure based on the enormously popular BloodHound open-source software. BloodHound Enterprise allows defenders to finally take prioritized actions in their environments to cut off millions of Attack Paths at once and defend their organizations from cybersecurity attacks such as ransomware.  

We are looking for an experienced product manager to join our development team who has experience building and scaling services in a cloud environment. 

Salary Range: $155,000 – 175,000 base salary annually, commensurate with experience.  

Location: This position is remote, based in the U.S., with optional quarterly travel for in-person company events and other ad hoc meetings.  

• Candidate must be authorized to work and reside in the United States; we do not currently sponsor immigration visas.  

Responsibilities: 

• Define the product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities and develop and manage a product roadmap that balances innovation, customer needs, and technical feasibility. 
• Partner with other Product Managers, Technical Project Managers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features and improvements 
• Work with marketing to create compelling product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. 
• Support sales and customer success teams with product training, enablement materials, and issue resolution. 
• Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. 

Requirements: 

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in the cybersecurity space. 
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, cloud technologies, and SaaS business models. 
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. 
• Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills. 
• Ability to successfully complete a criminal background investigation

Nice To haves:  

• Experience in building enterprise products with an associated open-source base. 
• Experience in building products in the identity and/or enterprise security space. 
• A historic user of BloodHound Enterprise, CE and/or Legacy.
