Pay Range: $38.15 - $63.79

The Senior Project Manager is accountable for managing one or more moderate to large, diverse, and complex projects in the areas of information technology, clinical informatics, physician practice implementations, quality improvement, and strategic goals. • Reporting & Communication: Provide regular project status reports and data maintenance in the Service Line reporting tool. Communicate progress and issues to CTS leadership, ensuring quick resolution of escalated issues.
  • Team Engagement & Leadership Support: Build and maintain collaborative relationships with facility leadership and IS team members. Serve as the primary point of contact between leadership and resource managers, providing minimal supervision.

  • Scope, Risk & Issue Management: Define and manage the scope of projects, and ensure that risk and issues are addressed. Document, communicate, and facilitate resolution or mitigation plans as needed.
  • Communication & Documentation: Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan, including regular project status reports. Maintain all project artifacts, including root cause analyses and process improvement plans.
  • Presentations & Stakeholder Updates: Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Collaboration & Oversight:

  • Multi-functional Team Management: Coordinate activities across multi-functional teams, managing project estimates, task dependencies, and schedules. Ensure that projects stay on track in terms of timelines and budget.
  • Change Management: Facilitate change management processes and resolve complex issues that span project teams and departments. Accomplish this through detailed planning, organizing, and directing program activities.
  • Policy and Procedure Development: Identify, deliver, and document workflows that contribute to updates in organizational policy and procedure throughout each project.
