Job description

We are looking for Recruitment Data Specialists to support our US partner in the healthcare and education industries. The day-to-day tasks will primarily involve reviewing and updating reports on recruitment data sets.

Offer: PHP50,000 - PHP 60,000

Core Tasks:

  • Review and assess candidate profiles in Bullhorn ATS to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Update candidate profiles to accurately reflect qualifications, skills, and status
  • Ensure consistent data cleanup standards are maintained to promote uniformity across all eight company brands
  • Assist in mapping resumes to the appropriate job skills and classifications for healthcare and education staffing needs
  • Deliver regular updates and progress reports to the team lead on completed records and areas for improvement


Must Haves:

  • 1+ year of experience with ATS platforms (Bullhorn is prio/advantage)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate resumes for relevant qualifications
  • Basic understanding of healthcare and education staffing roles 
  • Experience in data cleanup, data entry, or related administrative tasks
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a secure environment and follow confidentiality guidelines
  • Recent graveyard experience and amenable to working EST


Nice-to-have:

  • Background in healthcare or education industries (Prio)
  • Familiarity with staffing processes and candidate placement workflows
  • Previous experience with multi-brand or large-scale data systems
