We are seeking a diligent and experienced Compliance Officer to join our team. The Compliance Officer will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our company adheres to legal standards and internal policies. This position is essential for maintaining the integrity and reputation of our firm, managing risk, and supporting a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Process the transactions if they comply with Rules otherwise hold until they qualify.
Monitoring and inspecting the online transactions created by authorized senders on ACE’S system according to the international and local AML Rules & Regulations for an originated location as well as paid location.
Communication with remitters on compliance-related matters.
Intercompany and interdepartmental communication through emails and other sources.
Maintaining documentation of compliance activities, such as complaints received or investigation outcomes.
Ensure that there are no violations of standards or regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field.
