Job description

Position Summary: As an Associate Salesforce Business Analyst at CoreSphere, you will serve as a strategic partner to organizations, helping them identify business challenges, analyze operations, and assist in developing intuitive business solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather and assess business requirements, drive process improvements, and support project success through thorough analysis and informed recommendations. Additionally, you must effectively communicate technical information to both Business and IT teams, translating business needs into appropriate systems, technologies, and processes. In your role as a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless and consistent communication with customers and clients. This position is 100% remote. 

Responsibilities:
  • Work as the primary liaison between the business stakeholders, operations, and the technical team throughout the project cycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into detailed, actionable requirements.
  • Document requirements into high quality User Stories, Use Cases, or Business Requirements Document.
  • Evaluate existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend optimizations to enhance business performance.
  • Participate in Agile scrum ceremonies such as Scrum, Sprint planning, Sprint reviews, and Sprint retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with the Scrum Team to groom user stories, participate in sprint execution, identify, and resolve team impediments, and be responsible for driving the quality of solution output by the team.
  • Participate in and contribute to conversations around solutioning and architecture on the Salesforce platform.
  • Make recommendations and proposals for implementation of business process and customer experience.
  • Assist in identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies, while developing effective plans to escalate critical issues and implement mitigation strategies. This ensures minimal project impact, promoting seamless execution and alignment with key business goals.
  • Create Test Plan, Test Cases and conduct solution testing.
  • Facilitate UAT session with Business stakeholders, manage feedback in the form of enhancements and bugs.
  • Create Training Guides for End users and conduct training sessions.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or Computer Science or similar.
  • Minimum work experience: 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst with end-to-end Salesforce implementation experience.
  • Minimum 2+ years working within all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle and an Agile driven development environment.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with the Salesforce platform configuring sales, service, community clouds, and/or custom Salesforce apps.
  • Minimum 2 +years of experience in business analysis or product development of software-based solutions. 
  • Experience working in IT Consulting Firms; preferably in Salesforce Solution providers. 
  • Experience applying Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Salesforce Administration skills are highly preferred.
  • Excellent listening, oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, as well as accuracy and attention to details.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a team-based environment.
  • Experience working with sandbox and production environments.
  • Demonstrated adherence to Salesforce.com best practices.
  • Experience working in JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Lucid chart SharePoint.
Preferred Skills and/or Experience:
  • Salesforce Administration Certificate, is desirable
  • Certified Scrum Master, is desirable
  • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification, is desirable
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification, is desirable
