Position: Client Success Manager, Primary and Specialty Physician Services
FLSA Status: Full time, Non-Exempt
Reports to: Senior Client Success Manager, Primary and Specialty Physician Services
Salary Range: $17.50 - $25 Hourly

Summary/Objective:
The Client Success Manager, Primary and Specialty Physician Service Group will be responsible for managing and communicating the revenue cycle activities and performance for our client practices to ensure a successful client experience. Client Success Managers will focus on partnering with the client practices to understand their goals, challenges and key practice drivers. Activities will include establishing and maintaining client relationships that focus on KPI’s, managing effective ongoing communication with practices to identify and address business needs, provide guidance and timely responses to practice questions and requests and to conduct regular meetings with the practices.

- Manage overall billing processes
- Create and actively manage KPI’s to ensure client practice health
- Ensure charge entry flow is effective and completed as required
- Oversee aggressive AR workflow to produce strong cash collections
- Monitor client fee schedules and payments to maximize practice realization
- Maintain a strong denial management strategy and action plan
- Identify workflow efficiency opportunities
- Identify trends and issues, recommend and implement solutions and see through to a successful resolution
- Provide a high level of value and customer service to our client practices
- Collaborate with geographically dispersed team members
- Identify training needs of offshore team members and assist with training as needed
- Provide meaningful monthly KPI reporting to practices
- Perform additional projects and job duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience
- High School or Equivalent.
- 3 plus years of revenue cycle management related experience
- Extensive knowledge of medical billing/coding, front office procedures and revenue cycle management
- Strong understanding of various insurance carriers
- Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Professional demeanor required
