Role and Responsibilities:

As a Digital Marketing Client Success Manager at Measure Marketing Results Inc., you will be at the forefront of client relationships and campaign management. Your responsibilities will include:

· Taking ownership of client campaigns/projects, from ideation to execution, driving results and return on investment.

· Serving as a digital marketing consultant, understanding client needs, and creating effective, ongoing digital and inbound strategies.

· Staying updated on inbound marketing trends and providing appropriate recommendations to team members and clients.

· Managing and evaluating client campaigns continuously, making data-driven adjustments for optimal performance.

· Collaborating with clients to brainstorm and conceptualize sales, marketing, and retention strategies and programs.

· Conducting client meetings to review performance, discuss plans, make recommendations, and coordinate with our internal team.

· Working closely with our digital marketing specialists to ensure the alignment of marketing solutions with client objectives.

· Overseeing the work completed by other digital marketing team members and content writers.

· Monitoring and managing monthly budgets for clients' campaigns.

· Reviewing and discussing client reports with the team, presenting results and recommendations to clients monthly.

· Contributing to internal business initiatives and projects, such as process optimization and new strategy testing.

· Active participation in weekly team meetings and other activities, fostering a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

· 3-5 years of professional account management experience, including handling multiple clients and marketing agency exposure.

· 2-3 years of experience in search marketing, SEO, Paid Ads, social media, or content marketing.

· Advanced knowledge of SEO, Paid Ads and Analytics is a must.

· High level of customer results and performance management needed.

· Exceptional skills in project management and managing competing priorities

· Agency experience is an asset.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse clients.

· Self-regulation and time management skills to balance various project timelines.

· The capacity to follow established processes while also thinking critically and creatively to achieve client objectives.

· Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

· Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.

· A willingness to learn and embrace new experiences in the dynamic digital marketing space.

· Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal abilities.

· Superior organizational skills and excellent time management capabilities.

· Empathetic team player with a strong inclination toward active listening.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing solutions and making confident decisions.

· Nice-to-have: HubSpot certification and familiarity with technology.
