This is a remote position.


Role Name: Virtual Executive Assistant

Schedule:

  • Part-time (20 hours/week)
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Job Description

We’re seeking a talented Virtual Executive Assistant to support a dynamic thought leader in the wellness and empowerment space. Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to email communications professionally and promptly
  • Create and distribute engaging newsletters to maintain client relationships
  • Handle social media engagement and message responses across multiple platforms
  • Maintain and organize an active calendar of coaching sessions, speaking engagements, and events
  • Coordinate virtual event setups and ensure smooth technical execution
  • Process and organize business contracts and agreement documentation
  • Support lead generation and maintain client relationship records
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to coaching programs and speaking engagements
  • Provide general business support and problem-solving as needed


Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in administrative support or virtual assistance
  • Strong proficiency with email marketing tools and newsletter management platforms
  • Experience managing social media platforms and engagement
  • Excellent organizational and calendar management skills
  • Background in sales or customer service
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to be resourceful and proactive
  • Comfort with virtual meeting platforms and basic technical troubleshooting
