Job Description:

   

HPE is hiring a Change Management Consultant for its Business Process Improvement team. 

At BPI, we drive change into the HPE Operations organization, running strategic programs, transformation, and process improvement. Our vision is to be the trusted partner that challenges, influences, and drives HPE Operations transformation and strategic initiatives to provide a competitive advantage for HPE. Our mission is to develop as an independent trusted advisor to our HPE leadership teams, enabling us to drive change in key roles that add value to our strategic programs and influencing through disruptive thinking and a growth mindset.  

Looking for an experienced professional who loves to drive change in support of major program implementations in operational areas.

Responsibilities 

  • Help people within organizations transition smoothly from current processes or systems to new ones while minimizing resistance and disruptions, by providing the information, support, and resources they need to adapt to change. 
  • Design the change management strategy to help people adapt to and adopt process and tool changes effectively. 
  • Collaborate closely with project managers & internal and external (if applicable) cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate a successful transition. 
  • Create a coalition of support with senior management & stakeholders to influence and motivate people to adopt. 
  • Help build awareness and excitement through creative change management 
  • Create and execute an engaging communication plan  
  • Mitigate resistance by surfacing and addressing concerns through a feedback mechanism 
  • Ensure operational trainings are developed and delivered by experts 
  • Apply methodologies designed to support change management 
  • Define and measure the success of the change management efforts and adoption (KPIs) 

     

    Education and Experience Required 

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree. 
    • Certifications, such as PROSCI, are considered a bonus.  
    • Proven success in stakeholder management and relationship building. 
    • Experience planning/managing transformation projects that have a cross-functional span. 
    • Experience implementing and executing formal change control mechanisms. 
    • Experience driving change at organizational level, driving communication and awareness campaigns and delivering trainings. 
    • Typically 6+ years experience. 

       

      Knowledge and Skills 

      • Passion about driving change into large, cross-functional organizations. Ability to create and implement a change management strategy. 
      • Understanding of Operations, Supply Chain and/or Services in a business or IT environment is considered a bonus.  
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.  
      • Willing to work across and accommodate time zone differences globally 
      • Team player and people person. Loves interaction with people and supporting them in dealing with change as well as internalizing difficult concepts. Loves working in a team, high need for collaboration. 
      • Highly organized and able to organize others. Comfortable with working in ambiguous and dynamic environments. 
      • Comfortable designing and delivering highly effective presentations to both executives and junior team members. 
      • Learning mindset. Ability to learn, understand and simplify complex concepts into easy to digest messages. 
      • Knowledge/application of one or more of the change management methodologies.  
      • Seniority in building credibility and being able to connect and influence stakeholders.
