Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Transaction Manager with paralegal experience in commercial real estate transactions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in U.S. real estate and will be responsible for managing offers, contracts, and overseeing the entire transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and facilitate commercial real estate transactions from offer to close.
Review and handle contracts, ensuring all terms are met.
Provide paralegal support and ensure legal compliance throughout the transaction.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and smooth transaction completion.

Qualifications:

Paralegal experience in commercial real estate transactions.
Knowledge of U.S. real estate laws and processes.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
