Job description

WIRE IT is a global company specialized in IT services. We are supported by an experienced team that knows the IT market, allowing our customers to make the best decisions and accomplish their business goals.

We are currently looking for a Data Engineer, to join one of our international clients.

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon.

Required skills:

Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar;
Min. 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer;
Experience in the Design, implementation and maintenance of ETL pipelines;
Experience with AWS Glue (Spark), Python (Pandas), and PySpark;
Experience managing complex data workflows and dependencies;
Experience with AWS Lambda and Airflow;
Experience with AWS services S3 (Glue Catalog, Athena), Aurora PostgreSQL, Redshift, and Iceberg tables;
Responsible and proactive;
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
