About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our expanding Portfolio Management team. In this pivotal role, you will lead, oversee, and ensure the successful delivery of projects within a larger program, adhering to scope, quality, time, and cost constraints to deliver significant business value. You will collaborate closely with the Program Manager to ensure alignment with program objectives and contribute to the overall success of the program. You will report to the Director of Portfolio Management.
Objectives of the Role
- Execute and manage projects within a program, ensuring alignment with the program’s strategic objectives.
- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
- Analyze project scope of work to determine time frame, funding limitations, and appropriate lifecycle for delivering projects.
- Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required activities.
- Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle.
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans, conduct risk assessments, create mitigation strategies, and manage stakeholder engagement and project documentation.
- Ensure project objectives align with business goals by coordinating activities, managing schedules, and adhering to budget constraints.
- Prepare regular project status reports, adjusting schedules or plans as necessary to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Oversee multiple projects ensuring they meet client requirements and company standards.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and quality standards.
- Follow Myriad360’s portfolio management processes and methodologies to deliver successful client-focused outcomes.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Must have active PMP certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
- 5 years of external client-facing experience.
- Experience managing projects, especially those involving coordination of multiple teams and subcontractors across different locations.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (master’s degree beneficial)
- Experience with cloud migrations, data centers, and hybrid cloud strategies.
- Understanding of Firewall, Endpoint Security, Identity Access Management (IAM).

Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $125,000 to $135,000 plus opportunities for bonus and/or commission programs. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
